M&T Bank

AVOID THIS BRANCH. The bank teller and branch manager (Brian Orsino) horribly discriminated against my wife and me. They refused service to both of us because they "hadn't seen" us before. Quite the embarrassing scene in front of other customers. My wife and I are both listed on the account, and we each provided 2 forms of identification, but they said: "I can't help you today." I called the Regional Manager (Nancy Choma), who profusely apologized and said Brian broke protocol. In my opinion, this discriminatory behavior should not be tolerated, and Brian should be fired at a minimum. Instead, they gave him a slap on the wrist. My entire family has always banked with M&T, but needless to say, we're closing our accounts. Shame on you, M&T.

This branch of M&T BANK needs better service . They never answer the phone in the morning which to me is bad business practice. I would prefer to go to the M&T bank in Rehoboth on Camelot Drive . People there answer the phone and give you good service .

The parking for this bank is very unclear. There are several signs in this lot that say "Pull in parking entire lot" but only 1/3 of the signs in the parkinglot say this. The other signs do not say anything about this. The Police WILL TICKET YOU if you back into a space in this parking lot. The sign by the pay Kiosk says NOTHING about needing to pull into the spaces and not to back the vehicle in. Parking is free on the weekends, but please for your own sake make sure you pull in. Something I havnt experienced in any other place I've been.
