Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Id give it 0 starts if I could. Slow, unprofessional and all around not a bank I will use in the future. Quick to take your cash but slow to give it back. Being told to wait 15-20 mins to just close an account is crazy.

As all banks are hit or miss depending on location etc.. wanted to give the manager Patty and senior banker Hannah a shout out. Location was clean, service was prompt and would recommend this location to any BofA users

I would give this location 1 star except the employees Ive interacted with are at least nice but they do not know what they are doing. Ive wasted so much time dealing with complete nonsense setting up my account and trying to make transfers. Today was the day the branch manager and senior banker were supposed to finally resolve my issues but yet again did not. Most likely Im going to cancel my account. Im floored by the misinformation and numerous times they have not helped. This really shouldnt be complicated at all. The manager knew how upset I was today and should have called or emailed to apologize or at the very least make sure my situation was resolved but nothing. Their online and mobile banking help number is a joke too. Their extremely overall negative rating speaks volumes.
