Lack of communication from bank staff - understandable why the deposit was put on hold but was not notified while in the branch and was given a receipt showing full funds available. I spoke with Robert, and was spoken over and interrupted at multiple points. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. The couple working 7/8/2022 around 2:30 need to be fired. Will never ever open a bank there and would never recommend it. Horrendous customer service
