The Thornton branch goes through managers and people like crazy no one knows there jobs or manager trying to get help refinance my loan gives me error Everytime days I have one open can't apply for 60 days Wich I don't according to manager there .no one has answers or nothing guess it's time my 14 years I been there come to end go somewhere else

People should be aware that the drive-thru at this location is not associated with Academy Bank and I highly recommend against making deposits here.

I have been with academy for about 15 yrs now at the thornton branch. Any time i have had any kind of problem they were so helpful getting things resolved in my favor. So grateful. Very professional
