Every time I come to this bank theres always one drive through ATM that isnt working and the line is way to long to even wait for. Also after hours the front doors are locked and just makes to wait time even longer, the front doors would always be open and dont know why there always closed now.

We called to see availability for getting added to my husbands bank account. We were told to come in at 11:30 since they said they were booked the rest of the day. Upon entering, we were told to wait only for one of the employees to say they could no longer accommodate us at 11:30 since they had a walk in. What is the point of calling ahead and putting your name down only to be denied an appointment? My husband moved his meeting around for this. They need to get a process down for serving appointment holders vs walk ins.

Im not sure why people give this place bad reviews. We come here all the time for our business account and they are great to work with. Dayanna and Cynthia are the best!

I have my business account with them and they always HOLD my homeowners checks for 7 days its dumb.

I asked to speak to someone in Spanish and the person spoke rudely to me and almost kicked me out of the bank. It is the first time that customer service is very bad.
I left there upset by the treatment.
