I came in off the street with no appointment an hour before close holding a cash back bonus mailer for opening a new checking account. My expectations were low.
Tara greeted me like I'd been banking with Chase for a decade and was their most valued customer. We even took care of what I thought was a short term financial goal that very day.

Sarah 2/13/24 was very helpful with processing my bonds, she even stayed 30 minute past closing time. Her attitude/patience with other customers who were rude was very impressive, she was answering phones while simultaneously helping me.. This location may be understaffed but Im giving 5 stars to Sarah and the other man who worked until close as they remained upbeat and professional regardless of circumstances

Chase support call is super wasting time. If you want to call specialist, you should call again and again. Nobody answer for 10 min more or hang up.
