Incredibly poor example and leadership from bank manager. The manager of this branch lied and made up policy that doesn't exist on the banks website. She refused to set up an account for my brother when he had multiple forms of identification and could have easily been set up with an account today. After her lie about policy was challenged by me on the phone, she stood by her lie and refused to set up an account for my brother. This is both a refusal of service on no grounds and an example of toxic leadership where policy is made up to deny service to viable citizens looking to set up an account.

The customer service at this branch was terrible today. Went into the branch to try to get some assistance clearing up fraud that was sent to me. When we entered the bank, my daughter and I were the only two customers in the bank. There were three tellers behind the counter. I informed the teller what I needed assistance with and needed help sorting out fraudulent charges. Her response was that I only have one banker, and she has an appointment at 4. I can schedule you an appointment next week. For something as serious as fraud on my account and to be met with that level of poor service, it is unacceptable.

Must be rough to keep bakers hours! 9-5 M-F??? One shouldn't have to take time off of work to bank.
