        Im switching banks of due to this location. SO RIDICULOUS. If theyre ACTUALLY open doing regular business hours, you get to wait 15min+ for someone to help you. Never had to wait so long at a bank of the west/BMO before. Theres been too many terrible experiences there so done with BMO. Save everyone some time and close this location

        Terrible since the change from Bank of the West. I feel awful for the poor employees, they are always under staffed and going into the branch takes forever.

        Mine is a FIVE STAR review for Maria Moran! With the move from Bank of the West to BMO, I was having issues setting up external transfers online to other banks. Unable to get help from the only BMO help line I could fine, I called my local bank. It's not Maria's job to handle tech issues, but she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes after she found a number for IT and, together, we solved the issue. THANK YOU Maria for help beyond my expectations. Curious to see if BMO in that location will earn more kudos and positive reviews.
