U.S. Bank Branch

This is definitely one of the slowest branches in the area. Im not sure if US bank feels they are adequately staffed here, or if US bank is seriously too cheap to staff the branch accordingly. Typical time in the drive thru before anyone comes to even check is usually 8-10 minutes. Thats when its actually open!!! Most of the staff is pleasant- the branch manager here is not. If US bank is going to stay competitive and retain customers- its time they invest a little into their employees- recruiting and retention- and update this branch already! Its got to be 30+ years old inside!

Lied to by teller. Was in drive through line for 1/2 hour. I sent my deposit in, waited for 10 minutes, pushed call button several times. She came to the window and said she was the only one here. Waited another 15 minutes. Finally went in where 4 other tellers were working. Said I wanted my receipt and the bank manager (using that term loosely since Ive dealt with him before and hes NOT management material) said they were so busy. Close the drive up window if youre going to lie to people. Customer service at this branch is non-existent.

Avoid this bank and all costs. When making deposits, their ATMs consistently malfunction and steal cash. I have repeatedly informed them about this and asked them to fix it and they will do absolutely nothing. They refuse to reimburse me for the stolen cash (hundreds of dollars at this point). I spoke with the branch manager, and he was extremely rude and condescending and told me he will do nothing to fix it because "this happens all the time." What on earth?? You steal money from people all the time? No, sir, this does not happen at ATMs all the time. It happens only at your bank all the time. This man needs to be put in jail.

I hate SLOW service and this branch super slow.

No one came to the drive through even though the green light indicated the window was open. After waiting for an extended time, I tried calling . No one answered. Finally I had to go in and wait. Meanwhile my information was held "hostage" as I had sent it in through the drive through window. No one cared and multiple people were standing around talking in an office.
