Chase Bank

I had recently relocated to the US and I had to open a new bank account. Keith Valdez helped with all the procedures and steps. Keith patiently answered all my questions around the my bank account opening. Later, I was stuck up with issuing my card and he helped with the steps to move forward. A big kudos to Keith.

Chase Auto was issued three separate checks from American Family Insurance for an insurance payout. Rather than timely credit our auto loan, Chase lost the checks (although one was cashed and we were issued a refund which Chase then stopped a check causing problems with our bank account). Rudest customer service representative, Annette U767166, offered no assistance. Awful experience. Run from Chase Bank - simply a large thieving corporation.

I had deliberately set up a meeting with the business banker. Showed up early and waited for my meeting time. Only to find out they had double booked my time slot. They canceled my meeting, with no voicemail, text, or email telling me this was happening. Thank you for wasting my time. Had they properly notified me, it wouldn't have been a big deal at all. Very poor customer service

Why is there no ATM at this bank? There used to be one you could access at all hours. Now there is none. Why?
