Ive been banking with the bank thats lived in this location for the last 40+ years! When chase purchased the bank in this building I knew that things would never be good again. I was correct, I cant even list all of the problems Ive had since they moved in. But I do have an account with a credit union now and am one happy person with their services and willingness to help in every way. Now I need to go through the painstaking effort of closing my account at chase, what a pain it is!

Why is Chase Bank the only bank my associates can't make a deposit at without an ID? You can take a $300 DEPOSIT with the form and they are in uniform for goodness sakes! Every time at this location I have to come back again to do something like make a weekly business deposit. We have an account, again why is Chase the only bank to insist on seeing the ID of the depositor?

It is near impossible to reach someone at this bank with no option to leave a voicemail. I typically have to call a handful of times to connect with someone. Twice in the last month or so I was supposed to receive a phone call back with answers to my questions yet never did. I've called the bank 4 times today with no success. The poor service is making me consider taking my business elsewhere.
