I've been banking with 1stBank for 21 years now, and have been going to this branch for more than 10 years. After reading some of the negative reviews here, I'm not really sure which bank those folks have been going to, but it doesn't match up with the service I've received at this branch. In my experience, they have always been friendly, helpful, and prompt in their customer service.

Christy Thompson was a wonderful and gave great help! The rest of the team was well and was all very nice! Definitely recommend!
