      image Run down facility walls are thin
      Very noisy in room next door had to tell them to keep the partying down at 2am
      Front desk was zero help
      Mini fridge fan was as loud as jet engine
      Been coming here 10 years but won't be coming back

      Sorry to learn of your experience. This hotel is the newest HIX concept. Rooms were renovated in the last few years. I'm a new manager here, albeit with 20 years of GM experience, and I'm pretty objective to areas of opportunity coming in, such as dressing up the lacking curb appeal, etc. Run down facility is an unfair assessment. However, there's plenty of fine tuning and we do appreciate and take time to consider all guest feedback coming. So, I do respect you sharing your truth and we wish you the best.
