The Hotel Glenwood Springs

Stayed at this hotel lastnight and the heater didn't work(it was a cold night due to rain/snow) I reset the heater and unplugged it and tried to get it to work before calling the front desk to be told we have extra blankets. Like seriously lol I asked for another room and was accommodated. The hotels front was being renovated but was a dirty placed, the headboard was covered in dust the carpets weren't clean. It's like cleaned half fast. The room phone wasn't even plugged in. It's like they just make the bed and put new soaps out lol

I thought the hotel was great stayed one night for a soccer game and me and my buddies stayed in the pool for five hours it was great highly recommend staying here.

We loved the pool area for the kids! The rooms were basic hotel rooms. In 2 separate rooms, the main door would not shut correctly, so we came back to our hotel door wide open. Make sure you pull hard! Also, there are not many breakfast options. I had 5 kids total go down for breakfast, and 2 of them got rotten milk. The best perk was the pool area and the fact that we could go up to the adventure park so easily.

The location is amazing. It's everything else that's not. First you walk in to construction and no elevator. Second we get to our dirty room. Found last people's love balloon under the bed which tells me staff did not clean well. Then there is the cereal for breakfast. Wait they only put out enough for the first 10 people. Over priced for what you don't get. At the price you pay there should be hot breakfast at least. And lastly ALL the staff ignores you because they are always on their personal cell phones. I stood at the front for 5 minutes before the lady behind the desk knew I was there. She was talking on her phone. Rooms: Filthy Food & drinks: Bring your own. The hotel won't feed you. Noteworthy details: Service sucks
