Dirty, poorly maintained, rude, and terribly inconsiderate. AC Filter looked like it hasn't been cleaned in well over a month, bathroom sink has a giant crack in it, and kicked someone who was being quarantined while still infectious with COVID-19 here by Social Services because "They were not comfortable" due to some obscene language they overheard while I was hanging up the phone, which was not intended nor directed towards them. 6 individual counts of pink mold 3 counts black mold Toilet wall fixture loose and disconnected You are not safe here.

Great hotel , very clean, great people to ,we came for the hot springs at iron mountain, will be back an always stay here can't say enough about the great stay we had, people were great to breakfast was excellent

We usually stay at the La Quinta in glenwood when we visit, but decided to save some money this time and try this motel. Let me just say.. I haven’t had such good service in such a long time. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The furniture and decor is a tad bit dated, but honestly it was cozy and gave us a nostalgic feeling of 90’s. We actually felt like we were at home here and were sad to leave just because of how comfortable the staff and room was. Very close to all activities. Also the TV had so many channels in HD. Something else we noticed was how clean they keep even the parking lot, no trash in sight. Something I don’t usually pay attention too, but it was so clean we were actually awestruck. So save some money and feel at home. Definitely will return.
