        I'm not sure why but literally anytime I go into this store they pretty much go out their way to not help me or help everyone first unless it's completely empty. If I was in the store first, should I not be helped before people that walked in after me? Never going back to this one lesson learned. It's usually the same crew with that taller guy with the half bald hair style. Not really sure what the issue is, never had the problem with any of the girls working there.

        I have been a T-Mobile customer for 17yrs in the US (more if you count other countries). I've had varying experiences at this location. I have gone in for paying a bill, looking for a phone, to screen protector replacements. Over the years, it has depended on who is working. Sometimes, there are long waits for simple things, and instead of asking the purpose of your visit (as other stores do to prioritize getting people in & out), they just stick with "we'll be with you." Some representatives are willing to help you 100%. They will call customer service with you, call around to see if the phone/product you want is available nearby and have it held, and go through to see if there are any savings you're missing out on. Other times, they can't even be bothered and tell me they can't find my account and ignore me when there are no other customers. It's a luck of the draw like many other places like this.
