    Had the worst experience visiting this Verizon store, went into pay my phone bill and ask some questions about our phones and to see if we can switch them out because at that point we were still in are 30 days to have the gentleman that was in there tell me we couldnt , and I would have to pay for the phones before I can do that Didnt seem very interested in helping me with anything pushed me off to another young man who really couldnt answer my questions either

    Terrible Experience today 5/3/2023 Verizon needs to train their employees how to hold their tongues and how to be able to Interact with customers that are disabled and not treat them like they are a bother and inconvenience. Thats why your getting paid to be tolerant and explain things correctly and not assume that the customer understands especially if the customer is disabled and needs that extra explanation. Being Kind has never hurt anyone !

    I went to this store to activate a new business account and it was a nightmare. Rude people from the beginning to the end. The guy that was supposed to help me was working like if I was bothering him, he didnt do the port process correctly and my phone stopped working, I needed to drive to another store in Aurora to find someone to help me to fix that. Also, as a new customer, I was expecting to receive information about my account, but it wasnt happened , I left the store so frustrated and lost. They were serving me very grudgingly and it looked like they wanted me to get out of there. even the store manager didn't make a point of clarifying a question regarding the international call packages that I wanted to add to my plan. I ended up not doing that. The guy just wrote down the numbers on a piece of paper and said I should call and sort it out myself. I was so lucky that I stopped at the Aurora store (S Albiene St) and got the help I needed to finish my account activation process. It was a bad experience! I was expecting a good service from Verizon, good customer service. I think verizon should look better at customer service in stores, because to be honest, I almost gave up on activating my account at that point.
