I dont even know where to begin. I guess I will start from the beginning. I went to the main Verizon shop on 16th street mall, and spent almost two hours there trying to sign up for an account. The person there was really helpful, and tried her best to help me. I believe her name was Sumi. There was an issue with the system, and it wasnt allowing them to process my order. Finally the manager grew impatient, and she insisted I call the sales line and place the order over the phone. I was taken aback, and was about to give up on Verizon all together. I was led to the door and told there wasnt anything they could do. I called the number they provided, and was put on hold. While I was on hold, I saw the Verizon Express. I thought to myself, maybe they can help me. Riad greated me with a smile, and helped me open my account in less than 15 minutes. I was impressed with his professionalism and quick problem solving. While Riad opened my account, Elle helped me pick out the best accessories for my IPhone. The whole visit lasted no more than 20 minutes. Thank you Riad and Elle. You two saved the day! Anyone else looking to set up an account with Verizon, save your time and go to the Verizon Express, and not the one on 16th street!

The women working in the store today (Sunday 11/14) were so friendly and helpful! I needed a phone case and screen protector. They found a phone case for me in the back (I have an older phone so it wasnt out on display) and then directed me to the store on Curtis (only a few blocks away) to get the protector. Great service!
