    Terrible experience for my wife. She left having not been helped with her issue of becoming a customer and leaving another provider. Worst costumer service experience, definitely not recommended.

    I wanted to pick up my upgraded phone in-store today. However, the online process told me to select a store to pick up from before I check out, however, it never again offered me the ability to choose otherwise. So, by default it was to be delivered to my house in a few business days. However, the issue is that I wont actually be in my house throughout any of these days, and I wanted to be able to pick this thing up today. I called for support, and, the T-Mobile representative told me to go to a specific store branch to pick up the phone. I showed up, and there was nothing that I could pick up, there was nothing I could do about my order, and thankfully, my entire day was wasted infuriated, and with no step closer to what I wanted to do. This total waste of time could have been otherwise prevented if their system allowed it, or if their associates were better trained, so as to not give out incorrect advice and waste peoples time, gas, and patience, following through with a directive that was 100% wrong. Thank you for reminding me that your customers mean absolutely nothing to you, that you put in absolutely no effort to help, nor remedy your own mistakes with your customers. But I am most appreciative of the complete lack of responsibility taken by T-Mobile and their associates to fix the issue, or actually be able to give me substantial information that is relevant and useful. 11:30am-5:30pm of time wasted. Thanks!!!!
