I was lied to about my new phone, I was told my old phone would get 600 dollars off my new phone without a trade in, however it wasn't taken off. Now I'm stuck with a 900 dollar phone, if I had known that I would have gotten a different phone.

Brandon is the absolute man. Went in one hour before closing and he got me a new phone, case, screen, fresh info about the phone setup and my phone plan, then took off 100 bucks a month from that plan after finding an opportunity to do so and telling me about it. We were chatting it up about food and life the whole time, and I was out of there in an hour or less even with having to call someone for some sign in info. Before I left, he gave me his number and offered to help my mother get right with her technology knowledge and plan if ever needed. This guy is awesome, skilled, and knowledgeable and if you go anywhere else to get a phone youll likely be mistaken. Thank you dude!
