Okay bank- really nice staff. But seriously behind on times and technology. Business hours until 5pm?! When can us normal workers come in to bank?

The 3 minutes I save by coming here instead of Wells Fargo for a cashier's check are readily cast away by the 25 minutes they take for a 5 minute process

Please for the love of god, reconfigure your ATMs to make noise to remind you to take your card. And make sure the card printers in house are able to print new cards
