        Multiple erroneous fees and interest charges, even on paid off closed accounts. Nearly impossible to get service and when I'd finally get through, received mostly excuses, run around, and placating promises that would go unfulfilled. They record calls, but don't allow you to. Not sure if incompetent or just straight corrupt. Certainly unethical, and feels like it should be illegal.

        What a joke the bbva to PNC switch has been. Bbva username and password where supposed to work on PNC app. Of corse they dont. Sat on hold for 2 and a 1/2 hour trying to get help with no luck.

        Always pleasant in face to face contact. But if you are looking for a bank that follows through when they say they are going to...good luck...might take 3-4 reminders/attempts and 4-5 weeks to get that simple follow through.
