    Only one teller working, they didnt even have a cash drawer. I waited in line forever and had to leave without making my deposit. They also had a landscaping company park their enormous truck and trailer blocking the entire parking lot. Someone hit my car because they didnt have enough room to get out due to the giant trailer. I dont know why they run their business this way.

    "I withdrew one thousand dollars from my Wells Fargo checking account using their ATM. Shockingly, the machine failed to offer any choice in bill denomination and haphazardly dispensed twenty-dollar bills, leading to a malfunction. Consequently, I could only retrieve three hundred dollars out of the intended amount.I promptly recorded the entire incident and brought it to the attention of the bank manager. Despite presenting clear evidence, Wells Fargo insisted on a ten business day waiting period to return my money. This delay is unacceptable, especially for individuals relying on their hard-earned funds for immediate needs.This situation not only inconveniences me but demonstrates a severe disregard for customer support. It's disheartening to see Wells Fargo penalizing its customers by withholding their funds due to an issue caused by their malfunctioning ATM.I strongly urge the bank to reconsider this prolonged waiting period and promptly return my funds. Additionally, I hope Wells Fargo takes immediate action to rectify this recurring issue to prevent further inconvenience to its customers."

    In a recent business transaction, I incurred $750 in attorney fees because WF failed to remove a lien on my business, as required by law within 30 days, discovered 2 yrs after the fact. I asked them to reimburse me, they declined. I took them to small claims court in Boulder. Now they are reimbursing me, plus filing fees, and they had to paid an attorney to work with me. Just plain bad business.
