Wells Fargo Bank

When opening, the line is huge, and only one banker to help, not even atm inside to move faster. What is there that only in Watsonville branches the service is very poorly. Like our time it's not important.

The wait at this bank is ridiculous. Almost every time I come here there is a line out the door. There are employees in the back, alongside bankers not helping out the tellers. Wait time for a check deposit, just a check deposit, 45 minutes.

1 hour wait to see a clerk inside, also ATM hasnt worked for more than 2 weeks.

Terrible service, you go to the bank and not a single security is there, it takes too long since there are only like two people at the window with too many people outside and even more so if it is Friday and the parking lots are worse as they are parking lots for people who go to the bank and it is super full or where you can park your car since too many people go to the stalls that are outside and all the people are parked in the parking lots, terrible service, they would see something done at least

The line was out the door and around the building...I spent 50 minutes waiting to get within six customers of the only teller working. When I had to leave to make an appointment I went to the managers who were talking in the corner. "You have a line out the door and around the building, and you only have one teller" (stating the obvious but my statement was begging the question why). "Oh no, we have another one here," pointing to the business-only teller. "You have one teller for regular customers and the line is" (again stating the obvious) "out the door and around the building." "Well, we'll look into that" was the helpful reply. Been a customer at Wells since 1983. Looking for another bank.
