Need to hire more tellers. They could have a line of 10 people and only have one teller working.

I love this bank, everyone there is extremely nice and they know most customers by name. There decorations are always great and there service is unparalleled. Even when they are busy with a line out of the door they make sure to greet you and let you know that they will be with you shortly.

Am writing this for my grand mother who is over (90) she been banking at this bank for over 15 years over the time this place has been (bought out by different banks for different reasons I believe) So the name has changed at lest 3-4 times maybe more.So the other day my wife and grand mother go in to cash/deposit a check once's again my grand mother over (90s) and does need help with things.So I sent my wife with her to simply deposit/cash a check.When she got to the Clerk they're being very rude to my wife and even asked her if she brought her grandma in with her the cash/deposit her check those words coming from the manager.Once again let me remind you my grand mother been banking here for over 15 years tell today!...She has over 20k in retirement money in this bank tell you guys did this.Most of her friends bank here also until they found out what happened they will no longer be banking with you guys along with me  way to go manager!...
