        No one ever answers the phone when I try to call this local branch. Phone rings and rings and calls loop everyone is assisting customers and pushes me to check online but it is not info I could locate online. I have a simple question.

        If you absolutely have to use BofA, better driver to seaside, gilroy, or santa cruz. The drive there and back would still be faster than waiting in line at the Watsonville one. This place is a joke.

        Lines are always very long and they never seem to have enough tellers. If you bank online the bank itself is fine but this local location is always backed up. I did reach out to them and they said they would work on it. Impressed with that.
