        I went in there asking for help and the rude privileged white lady told me she can't help me because I don't bank there I just had one simple question and she wanted to be rude and profile me I don't appreciate service like this very rude and unprofessional.

        I've been with F&M bank since 2019 and I couldn't be happier. The superior level of customer service and professionalism for both my personal and my small businesses finances is simply bar none the best I've ever had. I changed to F&M after a 20+ year relationship with Mechanics Bank after they were acquired and started treating their customers like just another number. F&M has always treated me with the utmost respect, made me feel warm and welcome in the branch, and was amazing during the pandemic in helping us navigate the PPP loan procedures. They are truly the best bank in the biz..
