As you can see by the reviews, do not deal with this company. For the past  three years, Jill Br make me pay $5 for mortgage statements She said she sent me out the forms, but this is three years in a row. Go with a larger bank that has better customer service. They are horrible.

Kindly wanted to say that it was not a pleasant experience. I get bonus checks through my work every 3 months. Have cashed checks here before although I am not a client I have not mind the $5 fee. This time it was a pain in the a&?. I understand checking the funds and verifying but if it all check out and there is a small typo I dont see the huge problem behind it. Not coming back any more I rather just deposit through my bank and avoid the hassle!!!

I received a business loan that I personally guaranteed.  When the business closed, the bank was unwilling to work with me on a monthly payment option that was viable for my personal situation.  This has led to dire financial strain on my family.  I totally accept the fact that I guaranteed the loan and understood I was responsible for paying it back but was shocked with the callousness in which I've been treated.  They have been totally unwilling to try to find any solution and have felt that they would prefer I default on the loan.
