They wont break a $50 bill for you if you dont bank there, not even for a fee. Needlessly rude and unhelpful.

Like Greg said, don't bother coming unless you are a "well heeled" high income baby boomer :)

Summit Bank in Walnut Creek is probably not the bank for millennials (judging by the negative posts), or your everyday person. They seem to cater mainly to well-heeled inividuals, Doctors, lawyers and business owners. You don't even stand at a tellers counter there, but rather sit at the Banker's desk. I've received the most wonderful attentive service from this Bank, like non other.

Couldn't get past the account opening stage with the same documentation that I used to open accounts with Chase, Patelco, Wells Fargo, USBank, City National.

The people that work at this bank are incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you want to park in the parking lot be prepared for a handwritten note about how they are going to have your car towed and the police notified. It doesn't matter if you actually go to their bank or not. Even if you are a member there was still write you a nasty note. Not to mention the fact that their banking services suck!To add to this, someone who works at this bank drives a Pryus and he is so worried that something might happen to his precious hybrid that they either double parks or puts cones up around the car. I mean really!? Who does that!?
