Personable and helpful.
Update: with now one year in working with this branch, I can say the bankers here are very personable, accommodative, and knowledgeable. Always ready and willing to help which drew quite a drastic contrast to the declining services I have been receiving from my primary bank, including notary service, self directed brokerage, etc.

I felt safe here. There was easy parking and no line to be waited on. I was in and out in minutes. The cahier was quick, effecient and very professional. It was a pleasure to visit this branch of Chase Bank.

Downgraded. Loosing money. High fees, terrible customer service and terrible investing advice JP Morgan Chase is headed for a cliff and expects tax payers to bail them out again. Its hemorrhaging money on faulty loans to the point of no return. Strong AVOID, go to a credit union. Chases doors will close before the year ends.
