        Extremely poor customer service. Misled by an employee about an Xbox controller's wireless capability- he insisted there was a usb dongle and wouldn't let me ascertain that nor even hold the box. Found out it did not in less than two hours later and attempted to return it. Did not offer me store credit nor to even trade it in for a ps5 controller I could use. Left the controller there and I'm out 80 dollars. I've been a loyal customer well over a decade and treated like dirt. Do not support Gamestop.
