Had uncomfortable Situation at location I went to pickup my replacement phone I was notified by email that my replacement phone was ready for pickup on Monday I went into store Thursday evening the store rep said my phone was not there he did not ask for any of my information or order number I left the store then I came back in side with the order information and the situation changed from my phone not being there to the store rep tell me he cant release my phone to me that a manager has to I asked for the assistant manager info because I felt this is not being handled properly Ive spoke with the assistant manager he handle the situation properly i thank the assistant manger uirel.

For once, the employee who helped knew what he was talking about went over all the business options and what he thought and why a particular plan would be best. He wrote it all down for me so I could look at everything and talk to my boss.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Uriel and Abas from T-Mobile, and we cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service they provided. They helped us transfer our phones and internet to T-Mobile, guiding us through all the necessary steps with professionalism, respect, and thoroughness.
What really stood out to us was how knowledgeable and efficient they were. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions, making the process of switching over seamless and stress-free. Not only that, but they also helped us save a significant amount of money each month, which we are extremely grateful for.
