T-mobile has an inherent flaw in their system...it was my first time with this company, they gave me a a temporary cell number...after I asked them to transfer my old  number to their system, I started having problems. My sister couldn't receive my texts and whenever I called a particular friend I couldn't hear anything but, this person could hear me. Whenever I called T-mobile customer support, they gave me the ran around, they stretched my calls to one hour and several times they transferred me from one department to another until it became more than 2 hours on the phone with them. They kept saying they're experts and they'll be able to solve the problem. Don't believe them! They were not able to fix the connection problem, I got very annoyed with their tactics where they make you stay with their company so that you'll continue paying every month. I'm now with a different network provider and I'm happy with their services.

I've had a bad few weeks trying to figure some stuff out with a new watch I had gotten that had to do with a data plan. The employees that would help me clearly did not know what they were doing and made things worse. I was told some of those employees are gone and the new manager "Morowen", I think that's his name and i hope i spelled it right, helped and fixed this issue with a breeze! I appreciate you sir, you seemed very knowledgeable about the situation. I will give this place 3 stars for now due to how bad of a problem this was trying to get my issues fixed here the past few weeks. But Morowen, the new manager, thank you for the help and you were awesome.

I was in this store recently and had the best experience with Sebastian.   I was upgrading my phone and accessories.  I have unique and some would say picky needs and Sebastian was very friendly and patient with my dozens of questions.  Thanks, Sebastian.

Raul was an amazing help. We came in and needed a SIM card for a different phone. He was able to switch everything with ease. I would recommend this store and especially Raul.
