Wells Fargo Bank

Today i came in to add my name to my Dads account. The representative told me I needed to make an appointment because it would take an hour and they are closing soon so I need to come back Monday. I explained to him that it was urgent because my Dad is flying out of the country on Monday and asked if he could please help us. He said no, they could not assist me to do a simple task he claims takes an hour. I have opened an account at a different bank and it took them only 15 minutes. . HORRIBLE customer service.

I have only visited this location once. I needed to get a cashiers check to put down a deposit on an apartment. The wait was long and the customer service wasn't super great at this Wells Fargo. I remember leaving feeling frustrated and annoyed. There was such a long wait. And when I finally got to talk to someone, they seemed to make it way more difficult than it needed to be. I don't bank of Wells Fargo anymore and I'm glad I don't. I prefer other banks over this one.

I got scammed by someone pretending to be from the bank's fraud department.He had all my information and asked for that I repeat a code that he is sending.The calls came from Wells Fargo phone number.All my money ($24,500) was wired to some account on another bank.Wells Fargo was unwilling to refund my money saying that a wire is not covered under their policy. After complaining I got a call from Mary Johnson at the executive branch (who sent me a code and asked me to read it back) She said she doesn't agree with the decision of their claims department but there is nothing she can do.I believe this was an inside job. My account information is on my computer and my phone. I didn't lose any device. I have antivirus protection, and I just deposited this money into my checking account a day earlier to pay for my brothers funeral expenses.Stay away from this bank. I would have given them -100 starts if that was possible.

horrible service. the manager is rude nasty and lazy lack of good people skills and communication. Ivan. could care less. san juan capistrano branch.they need better help and better service over there. unorganized mismanaged unprofessional inept. at least the manager should be the best he over sees the employees.but no they get someone like that in charge. im not using wells fargo ever again. im paying off my credit card and i cant wait to leave. they keep sending me bonus offers of course to get the business but they cant keep the business because they have horrible service. they are so worried about fraud and they want to make it so hard on the customers because of it. thats the intention,  that they miss the boat! they treat customers like criminals. so the fraud thing is more important than the good customer service and caring about the customers at all. thats their excuse for their bad behavior. they dont get it. dont pass on your fraud problems on to us customers. and get better help.
