      image On a normal business day, there is no banker there. I was around 15 minutes on the lane and then they told me we dont have any banker here to do wire transfers.

      image I went to this branch to update my new phone number. The teller told me you should contact to call center to doing that. I called to call center next day, call center guy told me doing that through ATM machine. I return back to this branch ATM machine to doing that but the machine didnt accept it. I went to the branch and asked from one banker after 20 minutes being in the line. The banker asked me to showing additional physical identification documents. This bank and this branch has a horrible customer service. I will quite as soon as possible.
