        When my new checks were lost in the mail I needed to quickly close my account and open a new one. I went to this branch of River City Bank and the manager, Angye Felato, effieiently and professionally took care of my issue. I was pressed for time and she was short of staff in the branch, however she calmly and carefully addressed each of my concerns and questions. I very much appreciate this type of personal service.
