Terrible customer service. No explaination charges.. Rude.

It's a smelly place, the staff are not just rude, they just drive away customers and talk like they're farting.

Got a rental through my insurance after I crashed my car. Sean (Shaun?) was super kind and helpful. The whole thing took 10-15 minutes and I had no problems.
