Value Rental Car

BEWARE! This lady does not give you all of the pricing info over the phone. She tells you it's a $200 deposit to rent car. Doesn't mention you also have to pay the rental price at that time as well. Total waste of time then had the nerve to get mad because I didn't do business with her!! Cars are raggedy anyway!

Made a reservation over the phone but still didnt get a car from here. Took me a long time to get there by bus, but turned out they dont have anything available for me. Should at least call your customers ahead of time.

I didnt get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people Ive met in any business Ive dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . Thank you and I will continue to send you my love and support and referral for anyone I can .
