Got a rental. Car gas and condition wasnt check by rep. But I check it myself and took a pic of the gas tank meter. I did my own walk around. When I too it back. Rep did not question me that the tank was full or not when pick up. But instead took it upon his own to charge me extra for a full tank that wasnt full when I picked it up. My credit card was charge also. Now theres 2 charges on my account. The right one and the one he did without consulting with me about first. It a headache to get honesty employees any more. Or someone who just know how to do the job

Showed up and here and they told me they did not have a car here for me. I would not recommend if you ever want to change your pick up time. Unprepared business. There were others in the same boat as me.

This is my third review from this budget I just returned a rental from the week no issues on the car this time. But, this time I was being charged for the Budget insurance when I clearly stated that I will be using my own. And plus on top of that with the gas. I brought the car back with a full tank and i was being charged $20. I had to call Budget directly in order to get that issue resloved.
