        Been in a couple of times. Not many employees so if its a busy day Im sure customers get pretty irritated waiting in line. As for me I only went in a couple times & never waited & the employee (young stylish gentleman) is always super friendly & quick I hope this branch doesnt close Bc its so close to to my home (4 stars Bc I dont need much help so my issues are fast)

        Lack of proficiency and poor customer service its creating a lots of frustration on every single time I have to go this branch to access my safe. If they cannot find your information due to their system errors, then they will treat you like a criminal.

        I just needed a debit card so I could use my money... but I was told I have to wait 7-10 business days because I have to order a card myself and have it mailed. How are new accounts supposed to access their money? Via branch withdrawals? That doesnt make sense. Not sure what happened to Wells Fargo since I was employed with them (~5 years ago), but theyve definitely slipped downhill. Especially this location. The main purpose of bank branches is to offer a level of convenience, locally. What this branch offers is excuses for why they are incapable of helping. I read the reviews before entering, and the negative reviews are pretty spot on. Sad to say, but dont waste your time. Go to a different branch or bank altogether.

        I aspire to be as lazy and slow as the employees at this branch. When you come in they rarely have more than one teller window open even if there are more employees behind the glass. Then those who are pretending to do other things play the game of not making eye contact with the multiple people in line. It's truly breathtaking that a company like Wells Fargo cares nothing about customer service.

        Wish I could give a negative star. Horrible service. Only one or two people work here most of the time and they are slow and rude. Why WF has to keep this open is beyond me. I just pretend this location is closed for good. Dont even think of using them.
