Bank Of Hope bought out my loan from Sun West mortgage company and it has been my worst experience ever with a mortgage company ever since. 3 years in a row they have been late or let my homeowners insurance lapse in paying my homeowners insurance bill even though I have an escrow account that I pay into every single month, they cannot ever manage to pay my homeowners insurance on time, and one year I had to pay it out of pocket because I couldn't get a hold of anybody in the bank and I was running out of time to get this payment made so I paid it out of pocket and then the bank somehow "lost" my reimbursement check....it's been 2 years and they still haven't fixed this issue. They refuse to return phone calls or answer emails they blamed everybody else as to why the payment wasn't made, even though I had proof that the things that they were saying was a lie. Example, they told me that they never received a bill from my homeowners insurance company but my homeowners insurance agent sent me over the email showing that they did in fact  send them the bill. And Bank Of Hope emailed them back nine days after my insurance policy had lapsed trying to pay the bill, but lied to me that they never got a bill. This bank is just crooked and shady. I have had so many issues with this bank such as them telling me they never received my monthly mortgage payment and I had to send over my bank statement showing that they did in fact take money out of my account.... i've never seen such an incompetent bunch of workers in my life. They reported 2 late payment to the credit bureaus on two different occasions saying that I was 30 days and 60 days late I had to prove to this bank that they had all my money for every single month and I was never late and then they finally took those late reports off of my credit report. WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS BANK!!? Do not do business with this bank ever for any reason I have been lied to so many times and if it wasn't for me having proof of them being shady I would've been screwed. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!
