Wells Fargo Bank

This bank is CHRONICALLY understaffed. One teller on a Monday?! Ridiculous. So over this bank. Its not just this branch. Theyre all chronically understaffed because theyre trying to encourage people to just use their dumb app. So the people that come in have transactions that take longer Because they cannot be done on the app or electronically and theyre not prepared for it. Take notes from the credit unions and smaller banks who actually show respect to their clients!!

We had an excellent service today! Long story short, my sister was recently a victim of a tragic house fire, she lost everything including her phone, thus making 2-factor authentication very hard (or impossible). She was locked out of a couple of monthly subscriptions. the branch manager Jesse was very understanding and helped her in dealing with the issue. I am in town from Vancouver BC (Canada), and while I get okay service at my bank (RBC), I don't think I've ever experienced anything this. We need more people like Jesse!

We went to bank for took later for DMV , its just take 5 minutes maximum, the bankir wasnt busy and she didnt do that for us and asking for appointment, the next to Wells Fargo bank, is chase bank and I went there during waiting for wells fargo they gave me latter just in 2 min It wasnt good as customer service

I went into the Wells Fargo Bank located at the Los Olivas Marketplace location at 11:40 AM to do a wire transfer. I waited for a Banker who came to me about 10 minutes later and said she was going to lunch at noon. Could I come back after 1 PM. I couldn't so I left and went to another WF location who took me right away. The whole transaction lasted about 10 minutes. The woman banker at the Los Olivos Marketplace is not customer-friendly. I have a Premier Account at WF having successfully performed numerous transactions with WF and am always treated kindly and immediately. But, I will NEVER go back to the Los Olivas Marketplace and I would suggest others avoid this location as well.
