Previously, for banking, I always went to Chase Bank in Woodbury Town Center, which is close to my house. At the end of last year, I went to Mitsuwa Market for grocery shopping and there was a Chase Bank in the mall, so I visited to this branch for the first time. A bank teller named Esther helped me with my banking, and she was very kind and handled it professionally. I was happy! So, from then on, I come to this branch to do banking, even though it is a bit far from my house. Besides Esther, the other tellers are all friendly. Highly recommended!

The worst branch of Chase. I went there to deposit 4 checks. Their ATM machine ate a check and the check disappeared. I asked for branch manager for help. With a straight face, she said just call the 800 number, there is nothing she can do. Very bad attitude. I wonder whether Chase has manner training to their employees.

Bank of America has the worst customer service. It's Friday 4:30 and most other branches are already closed. There is one teller and 15 people in line. Manager said he needed to give his employees a break. They close at 5:00 so why break now. Been in line for 39 minutes only 2 people have been helped.
