Chase Bank

The hours of operation don't fit for most working people that need to handle business inside. Closing at 5pm during the week is not supporting customer services. There should be a couple of extended hour days open until 6pm. Trying to call to speak to a real person is almost impossible and frustrating also lacking customer support. Tried calling over 30 minutes either no answer or sorry we're busy?! Two big reasons why I've moved all my accounts into a Credit Union that supports customer service in everyway. Better loan rates, great customer support, very limited fee charges, account security is great, ATMs available at ANY credit union no fees. Best yet you call and get a REAL PERSON no round and round through an automated system plus extended service hours! Hello...Business is 100% the same as a traditional bank just far better customer service. I've had to deal with Chase more than I've liked and it was always a hassle.

Ready to close my account. Worst customer service. They never answer the phone. The manager is always on vacation. Im a good standing customer and every single check that I deposit gets a hold. Bank somewhere else and make your life easier.
