Enterprise and Zach specifically did a great job. After helping me turn in my rental, which was needed while my car was being repaired, I mentioned I was going to call an Uber. He asked if I needed a ride to my repair shop! Great service and staff.

I didn't have any issues until I returned my rental after over 70 days, over $5,000 paid. The employees were busy on the lot so I left the vehicle there with the attendant and advised him that I would return within 10 minutes (after I retrieved my vehicle from down the street) he acknowledged and did not object. After I picked up my vehicle from the dealership down the street, I returned to Enterprise where the attendant handed me the garage clicker from inside the car. I thanked him and left. The following day I realized that my Polo jacket was missing and remembered that I left it in the Enterprise vehicle. I contacted and visited the location without prevail. I was told that they reached out to the new person who rented the vehicle and they denied seeing it. The manager told me that their employees did not take the jacket, however, they had possession and control of the vehicle and the contents from the point of time I gave the attendant the key to the vehicle in attempts to alleviate the heavy traffic at the location. The manager also confirmed that the vehicle was washed by Enterprise. However, the jacket has not been located, it's quite expensive. Thus, I don't have my jacket and someone is lying about having taken it.
