Very disappointed in my rental from this past weekend. I rented a 7 seater vehicle as it was 5 of us and two babies. I was told that there was only a 6 seater available. The vehicle was filthy, it had not been cleaned. There was dog hair everywhere and it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was my birthday and I had my 8 month old daughter and 1 year old goddaughter who I did not want to put in this vehicle. I was told there may be some sort of discount but I have not heard back from Avis at all. I was charged full price. I have booked with Avis several times before but after this experience I will not be booking at this location or with Avis again. Very disappointed
UPDATE: I reached out to the email they sent me. They responded by saying my experience does not qualify to receive a refund. Not even a discount for a future rental was offered. What was the point in telling me to reach out? EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL. After Ive rented with Avis multiple times, I again stand with I WILL NEVER RENT FROM AVIS AGAIN. & I will be sure to let everyone know of horrible experience. Terrible way to treat a loyal customer.

Review update. Last time I tried this place a few months ago it was a horrible experience. Decided to give them a try today, got my car this am 3/23/24 and what a difference. Lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly.

It's hard to get through on the phone to anyone at times, but I've only ever dealt with polite & helpful staff when I've been there. Special s/o to Joseph for being extremely kind & going above & beyond to deal with my rental issue.

The customer service was top notch. They were a pleasure to deal with. This is actually the best customer service I have ever encountered. They should be the poster of Avis then it comes to customer service. I will definitely use this office again.
