      image On the whole the experience was good, my only complaint would be that being a newer car the controls were not intuitive and I could have used an agent to go with me to the vehicle to explain how it worked.

      image Beware!!!! There is some sort of scam being run out of the Palm Springs airport!!! I rented a car, drove a total of 34 miles over three days as we literally just left the car at our resort. I returned the car and the intake person replied everything looks great! Days later I get a very unprofessional email saying I returned the car damaged. COMPLETELY FALSE! After numerous attempts to speak with the supposed manager to obtain pictures etc. I receive an email asking for my insurance information. No proof, no contact, nothing. I will be obtaining an attorney and will never rent from enterprise again. Additionally I will be spreading the news in this scam.
