yikes. unprofessional and very long unorganized wait times. we waited over an hour for our driver to come pick up. poor communication. i will not be coming back

Very bad customer service. I booked a car one day before. The pick-up time is 12:00 p.m. I got there at 12:15 p.m. There were 3 other people there who came to rent a car but only 2 of them besides me got a car. When it was my turn, the same thing happened. An hour later, there was still no one to tell me whether I had a car or not. Because my time was running out, at 1:30 I walked up to the desk and asked, Please help me cancel my car rental reservation because you don't have a car for me. They disagreed and sent me a phone number to call to cancel. according to the rules, I have to pay $50 to cancel, even though it's not my fault. That was the worst day I've ever seen at this car rental placewasting my time and money unreasonably. It's so unfair.
