        Really surprised to see such low ratings! We had an amazing experience with WF. Sanjeeta was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and patient. She helped us by resolving multiple issues. I can say without hesitation that Wells Fargo is lucky to have Sanjeeta! Keep up the good job!

        No matter what day and time l walk in at this Bank all the Employees are on lunch no one is available to assist only one person l believe her nationality is India. Very poor customer service saying that no one is available not even herself they should have a not available sign on the door or have the close sign so no one bother to come in. This is happening all the time, please dont waste your gas to come here they have no one to assist you. No customer service to assist you in any needs 0 stars

        For the 5th time I have come to this van and they can never change the checks, I only deposit it at the ATM but it keeps showing up and you spend only your time there, they should change it to just the ATM.

        Sanjeeta S. - I wanted to reach out to you to thank you for the excellent customer service my wife and I received from you August 8, 2023 to conduct numerous large wire transfers for inheritance payouts to cash beneficiaries of my parent's estate. You were professional, detail oriented, and thorough in your approach to getting these transactions completed for us. You literally saved Wells Fargo from a one-star review after the unprofessional service we received earlier that day at another branch. We walked away from that interaction with a feeling of discounted value and unworthy of good customer service. You absolutely erased those misgivings as soon as we walked into your branch! Often, good customer service is lacking in most businesses, partly due to the use of technology and a feeling of serving a large quantityof customers versus providing good customer service to those you serve. You are a rarity and should be applauded for your efforts! Thank you for making us feel important and valued.
