        To the Branch Manager: Do you have shame at all? Do you ever see/read the reviews what customers are talking about your branch under your leadership? Why just why? If you people are not interested in doing the job just for f sake quite it. Worst customer service. No wonder why all negative reviews and of course they totally deserve it. Avoid this useless branch at all costs. Very Bad service especially by the Asian women who dont even know what a customer service is. Pathetic service. Feel shameful for taking free monthly salary for doing nothing.

        Never go there. Theres no customer in this bank and they just didnt want to assist me with my account. Very bad customer service. Im going to move my business somewhere else as of January 2024. Yall please do that. Teach them the value of customer service

        This place is a fraud. They enticed me to take home equity line of credit by saying that the interest rate remains flat where as it is actually variable. The relationship manager "Tsang Yann" out right lied to me. This is totally unethical.
